The Arcadia Group are one of the countries biggest High Street Retailers with brands such as, Burtons, Dorothy Perkins, Topshop, Topman, Principles, Miss Selfridges, Wallis, Hawks Head, Evans, Warehouse and, Racing Green.
With an extensive portfolio of properties, Arcadia embarked upon an initiative project to rationalise and maximise nationally their sales area and, brands presence. This included new store openings, the snuggling of more than one brand per unit, new brand introductions into existing units that have been divided and, unfortunately, store closures.
Reflex provided Arcadia with in-house Project Management and Contract Administrator services. The roles included identifying and developing retail briefs, management of both inhouse and external designers, liason with in-house retail brands, appointment of site contractors and, management of site works.
In eleven months, over 500 stores were included in this programme.
